What if I go over my tier?
You get a 24 hours or +10,000 lookups grace window (whichever runs out first), then a hard 429 with an upgrade-required body. Whichever guardrail trips first wins. Hard 429 + upgrade-required body, customer never billed for the grace traffic.
How is Launch different from Business?
Launch is pay-as-you-grow: $99 buys you a 2.5K block, and each additional block is another $99 (first paid block each month free). Business is a flat $599/mo for 25K lookups — better unit economics once you're past about the fifth Launch block, and we auto-prompt the upgrade at that point.
Annual prepay?
15% off across all paid tiers when you pay annually. We can go up to 20% for strategic accounts — Custom 20% reserved for strategic accounts (reference customers, multi-year, case-study commitments).
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel through the customer portal at any time. Refunds are handled per our payment processor's standard policy — see the refund policy for details.
